Not too sure if that's what you mean, but it's a cheap way to do it.
If you go to your local store retail sales of electricity such as electric John.R.Turks or Go, you'll be able to buy a flexible tube that does the job of hiding all the cable clutter behind your TV and it should be cheaper than buying some Fang-hanging thing probably not work for you too easily.
