That sounds like a good project. Remember that the collection of funds can not be covered by the project. If someone else is running the fundraiser, and you provide assistance in advertising, logistics, crowd control participants, it can work. Contact your Eagle Scout promotion coordinator, you are a thoughtful proposal and see what he / she thinks.

Not the strongest of all Eagle projects.
Remember, that Eagle projects do not focus on fundraising. Much work as the actual planning of the event may be, I'm not sure your Scoutmaster will approve it.
Of course, you know that your Scoutmaster better than me. Ask the Eagle project list of others who have been made in your company. You could also Google Eagle Scout projects for ideas.
