Braut Make Up

I tryed 2 cups juice prunce did not work. Tryed apples they worked now its January 2 and I'm always stocked up. The nurse on duty said to try the diet or take Braut former laxs or milk of magnesia. Any info on this too much?

Personally I would have recommended taking an enema because it works more rapidly and are potentially addictive. I am confused about the suggestion of the nurse if it is the "BRAT" diet?
