Chinese Crested puppies? I always wanted a small dog that I could show off, and I especially wanted a powder puff Chinese Crested. At Christmas my mother and my step father finally said yes I could get a small dog that could be inside, so I started looking just a little female dog.
To my surprise, a wanna-be farmer-was reconsidering its plans to be a farmer, and he would give me a powder puff for only $ 200.00 and $ 100.00 after giving proof of it This has been fixed, or it would get fixed for us.
We (especially my grandmother who had agreed to LM for the dog must be fixed and already has a Chinese Crested, but his is a bit hairy) got the run for about 2 weeks, so the woman we ' provided free. She also admitted that there was a slight chance my 8 months old Powder Puff Chinese Crested was pregnant because she went into heat and a bald man got to her.
We were not sure whether, and about a week and a half, we took her to the local veterinarian who gave once again free. He said he could not feel anything and he was sure she was just fat and irregularly shaped. We were supposed to verify that the required spay clinic to get her fixed and organize something, but my grandmother (and me) were convinced that the vet was wrong.
And he was wrong!
late last night, maybe 10 or 11 hours, she began gasping and could simply not comfortable. she wanted to stay under the computer desk, and then she wanted on my bed. I did not let her do so and is about 2 pm, she had her first child in my bed.
Number 1 is a powder puff, black (male according to my mother) with white on the head and neck.
After a moment she was number 2. a very naked pink with dark ears and again in masculine appearance.
Number 3 came after an hour and a half had elapsed. it is darker skin everywhere, with black hair and white on its head.
Their faces are surprisingly large, but I just looked at the photos and looks like the pictures of babies .. they are supposed to be purebred.
No. 4 came after about an hour. again naked everywhere without hair. its got big dark spots on its body.
5 was born around 7 this morning. puff (fury everywhere) and mostly white with black spots.
I think number 4 is the runt.
I must have passed from exhaution, because I woke up at about 10 and there was a puppy sixth. it's hairy, smaller, but not as small as 4, and dark brown as the first, but in too.
I've been keeping an eye on her and her babies, giving him plenty of water to drink. but I do not know yet if it was because the births have been so far.
I want to know is what are some things I need to watch. It is not my intention to have 8 dogs (I have a big floppy £ 80 outside dog too)
things I'm concerned about:
1. things like fur mothers rub hairless puppies. I put puppy pads all over in my bed and they are now in the dog bed moms, so it is allowed to leave the fur stuck to them? Or is what I'm supposed to do.
2. it keeps changing its position and puts it on them. I now know its because she has not been done to give birth, but he remains concerned me. Is the risk squishing them?
3. How long before I take them to the vet. I want to make sure they are correct, but its very cold outside, and I am concerned that transport them, or upseting mom. I have a small pet carrier that I put in when we went places as it would not have accidents, but in the meantime for us to return to the forefront (you do not leave it in the home. We give it and we put in when we go to stores because it's too cold for her to be linked to the outside and it crashes)
Carrier.
