I do not want to buy two or carrying heavy

I do not think you have to wear it but as the lady before me said. The powder sets your makeup and removes all the bright spots you may have some foundation. It also allows the foundation to run or wiping your clothes so easily. I'm sure you could wear by itself .... try it and see ..... if you have some extra time not just one side with the foundation and the other with just the powder and see how you like it.

It is good to the foundation with powder, as it will last longer, and not smear or for hydrocarbon exploration in the day.

However, you can buy both or one or the other.
Usually, the seller is trying to push more than one product on you to make more sales.

You can always use another foundation or powder, the clinic, and it will not make a big difference. In personal preferences.
