Discolored Toe Nails

Something weird happened with my toes. One half is black and the other half is clear. Vertically on the left is dark and clear right. Im not sure what it does. But I do not like it and want to get rid of. The only reason I could think of something is to be dropped on my foot or waiting to long to cut my nails. But it was the other way than a year.

Any suggestions. Something similar happens to someone else out there?

You can get a fungal infection of the nail. Please go to your primary care physician, dermatologist or podiatrist. They can take a sample of the nail and culture for fungi. If it is fungus and want it treated, there antifungal oral medications that work well for this. However, treatment is usually several months, and medications that require blood tests to be monitored on a regular basis. Topical agents have never been shown to work for toenail fungus.

you must go to a podiatrist so they can properly diagnose your condition. Sounds serious enough that you need advice Dr.s.

Yes, in fact right now, my toe just to know the shape of the bottom up, as a canned apples fell on her. Eventually it'll grow back. if your toe is black and blue, like mine, then its just brused. but if its yellow or orange, then its probably infected or something. If theres pain, I would like to see a doctor.

USE LAMISIL it works very well

This could be a fungal infection. You can try Teatree oil. It will probably take some months to see if it works well. I want to talk to your doctor too. It could perscribe something if it's fungal. It may be something totally different as it could help.
