Eye Makeup For Small Eyes

exxagerating im a bit, i dont a large face, just a big jaw. its nothing great, but without liner or something, my eyes look tiiiiiny. advice? videos?
ps-its weird if I do not wear eyeliner on the lower part of the eye, then my eyes look small because they are without makeup. even if im on eyeliner on the top.

When you put eyeliner on the bottom, do not put on the inside. Put it on the PAT in the bottom of the lash line, and all around, like all the way from one side all the way to the other side. Do it up as you normally do, and it will look better prbably! I usually make the inner part of the background all the time, and now I only do it for special occasions, because it seems very dramatic.
