Eyeshadow Make UpIf someone took a needle and injected eyeshadow / are in their skin, what would happen?

Would they have permanent makeup? Maybe or maybe cream powder with water is the kind of eyeshadow I mean. (No intention to do this by the way, just curious.

a needle would do nothing, but only infect and meet really bad.

If one were looking permanent makeup there are professionals who actually tattoo or dark red lips and other people who tattoo shadows on peoples eyes to form permanent makeup tattooing. Its really well done. :]
