Fall Makeup Tips

I am 27 years old, with short blond hair and deep blue eyes. My eyes have always been my best asset. I always use neutral colors, but lacked something more "safisticated" look. Any suggestions ??????

Eyes:

iridescent eyeshadow-nude / base
Holding a pencil-eye soft / pencil make a line along
Then with liquid eyeliner-track during the making of the line, as straight as possible
-Curl lashes
Riches, mascara thickening

Face
Dew Moisturizing Foundation
loose powder on the T-zone
shimmery-sweet, pink (dandelion benefits)

Lips
lip gloss, pink and run another pink lipstick on top
Or just a mere bright lipstick (jing-A-Ling (the color) of benefits)

Use bright colors hmmm (eyeliner, mascara) to bring out your eyes even more. they come out more vibrant and noticeable.
There are also colorful mascaras are pretty and colorful (:

silver or baby blue.

try to do the smoky eye with dark plum and black or gray or black eyeliner gray. use white as base color for your entire lid and then apply a medium color, like light pink or gold, then apply the plum or gray smokey eye in any style you prefer. mixture of all colors with a good brush. Line your upper eyelid and half of your lower lid and apply mascara! Maybe try a pink blush and lipstick dark for the winter. Go to Ulta and pick things up and try them, if you do not like them, return them for full remission;)
