Anyone care to help direct me to a page with some information on my wrist pain?

It started a few hours after a workout. The pain only happens when I stretch my hand (with my nails in front of me), and only in a very precise "under" My little finger.

carpal tunnel is numbness and tingling and occurs in at least 2 or 3 fingers. It appears that you have pulled or bruised something like a tendon. You should get the check to be sure everything is okay. I can not diagnose you on certain symptoms. A doctor can help you more.

its nothing probably because it just happened once. Try icing and taking a pain med. Then drop the workout a little and if it happens again, then seek treatment

Eeek, it could be carpal tunnel. You can get a wrist brace or something to wear when you work on.
