Foundation Stage Maths

mathematics and English or?

Foundation is a step Childs school years 3 to 5 through nursery and reception and then they go to Key Stage 1, 5 to 7 years Key Stage 2, 7 to 11 years.

It is usually the first step of something.

In mathematics and English, it may be what is learned in kindergarten or early primary school.

For math it's probably learn numbers, counting, shapes, size, etc.

For it is in English probably means learning about the habits, the way images are associated with the words, letter recognition, etc.

I guess if it was only what appeared to be taught in kindergarten, I worked at.
