Good Eye Make Up

I have such bad luck PURCHASE shawdow look at Wal Mart, it never shows up on my skin, or it just looks brisky on my face! Does anyone know any good place to make a Wal Mart for my eyes?

Do you use a database? It is very common for eyeshadow to not appear on the skin without primer. Invest in a good introduction or at the base, which gives something of your eyeshadow to stick to, it appears clear and lasts longer. My favorite basic all purpose is Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion (Sephora, ~ $ 16). It works great and it keeps the colors vibrant and lasting all day. You can not get that at Wal-Mart, but it's certainly worth investing in. You can also use any cream that are near your base SHADE, anything that will give your mascara eyelids something will stick to the work.

My favorite makeup brands Wal-Mart are definitely Covergirl, L'Oreal and Annabelle (available only in Canada, I think). Some of their orders is almost comparable to store brands. They usually have a larger / better selection in pharmacies (Walgreens), though.

they are a bit expensive but its a stunner!

I use eye makeup Cover Girl. they have lots of bright colors like purple and green and neon blue and orange and others. love it i:)

I would try CoverGirl.
Mixtures of Nice. They have lots of natural tones and easy.
It does not seem dramatic.

If you like dark colors, go with Rimmel London.

You should try Revlon's ColorStay quad 12 hours.
