Good Makeup Tips

I have very fair white skin and brown eyes. I do not wear much makeup but I was wondering what are some good tips to improve a bit my eyes. And what kind of makeup affordable good can I use to apply? Thank you :-)

Pay attention to your eyebrows.

To make the eyes pop, use a shade of gold and brown liner. (Just a thin line will do!)
My secret to pop the eyes: Apply a white point of eyeshadow on the inside corner, outside the tearduct.
