Am living in a hot climate and my eye makeup begins to mess up with the heat and sweat ...
How can I prevent them from messing around and go??
Not all that is eyeliner:].
You will need black eyeshadow [mac stays on for an eyeliner] long liquid eyeliner eye ^ _ ^.
First black eye shadow applied on top of the lids, then a smaller brush and put it on the outside bottom of your [eyelid just a] small line. Then it just above your upper eyelid and blend it with the rest. Apply white below the brow to highlight it, then put liquid eyeliner on top with an effect of the wing if you want. EYELINER post inside the lower eyelid:]

And also if you do not know how to use the liquid eyeliner YouTube videos on how to apply. Or get one that is as a marker ^ _ ^ you can apply the same way as EYELINER simply not on the inside of the eye.
liquid eyeliner is best not to smudge it seems that in this pic they used a black eyeliner and shadow which also helps to erase all traces.
black eye shadow for 1 and a lot of eyeliner and shape to match your eyes!
To start down with eyes and make a thin line and just continue on it until a thick black ... liquid eyeliner might be easier on top. Or you can soak up a brush of shadow in the water, then eyeshadow black or white, if you do not have black and it will be darker than the darkness without and then water ... Good Luck.
