Grants For After School Programs

I am trying to find funding for a private after-school program based in a rural community of a high amount of low-income families and disadvantaged. The 21st century public schools lost funding after-school program (where I was a senior teacher), leaving more than 60 children without a safe place to go after school.

I am determined to start a private program that focuses on students who do not work at ground level. He will be based university with many opportunities to apply basic academic with extended learning opportunities in art, reading, writing and theater. The initial program will support 12 students from kindergarten to the 4th.

I have a degree in Paraeducation and have several years of experience in private tutoring and after school programs.

Are there any programs, grants, etc.. that can support this kind of program or places I should look? So far I have not been able to locate anything.

You will need a lot of money ur own I suppose this idea before you can retrieve it. Unless u ask permission from the government, local council and other large organizations [perhaps those dealing with art, reading, writing and theater in order to use the space as well] You do not know if it has helped, but Goodluck sounds good:]
