Habit Discount Consumers in Puerto Rico have the habit of using coupons to buy products every day? Nope. Latinos do not use coupons. It is against their public image. And way too much hassle. People do not like the no hassle and anyway they give the discount. idk, but I would not mind going there to find out. it begins to look like winter here in half. Posted on March 31, 2010.
