Isadora Bronzing Powder

I have not really paid much attention to before, but now I feel like I should start using more makeup (I'm 18 and I went to a girls' school just before -.- ). I spent a few articles and some (more than I really was not happy with those who missed it, although I used them) so now I need help on what brands I prefer, if my skin is very tender and I have a tight budget and I do not want to spend money on a useless brick Brack to say not to stay and so on.

And I need an eyeliner, eyelash curler, lipstick, eyeshadow, an inorganic base, a tan (not) powder. My mascara, blush and most cleaning so I think these things are all you need.
