Kanebo Concealer

I have medium to dark circles and he did a great job covering them.
REMEMBER: Spell will only help the dark circles, it can not eliminate them. Having dark circles under the eyes a little is good because their elimination is not natural.

Well it also depends on what type of correction that you are using:
loose powder, pressed powder, foam mat, pencil, liquid, cream or paste (these are the lowest in the order of strongest to in terms of coverage). So if your dark circles are really bad, you should try to use the dough, although you mentioned that you used canmaker waterproof concealer, maybe the brand is not as good, so try another brand.
