Woodworking Materials

Wood - 2 x 18cm x 18cm Pine
Clear band
Caulking *
Enamel Acrylic Latex (color: black)
paint pens
Sandpaper fine
Spray-can-of-tape

Woodworking Tools

Scroll saw or coping saw
# 9 saw blade
electric sander (optional)
Brushes-grandchildren foam or bristle

Instructions wood

Use an electric sander or hand sand the wood on both sides. Cover the wood on one side with the bright-band to provide the saw blade with some lubrication as it cuts. Make a copy of the model.


After making a copy, cut the outer edge of the structure, leaving a 65mm to 1.25cm of paper around the trend lines.
Attach the pattern on the clear band with anti-adhesive.
Firstly, with the Jigsaw, saw the outside lines of the structure with the saw blade # 9. Then use a saw to cut individual pieces on the lines inside. Remove the pattern and bright-band.
Sand the individual pieces with fine sandpaper to smooth out imperfections. After the wood is smooth, apply the sealer. After the sealer primer is dry, apply two coats of enamel letting it dry between each coat. Do not have too much paint where the pieces come together.
