Red distinguish well with your brown hair. As for your eye shadow, pink and gold will create the most beautiful score to stand blue and flattering to your complexion. Roses in general (as on the cheeks and lips) will work for you. Make sure it is not too much red tone but softer and perhaps blue.

ok and my friend has the same dyed hair color and eye color you like and what it does is it uses the mascara with a light brown eyeshadow to highlight her eyes. It usually ends loops of her hair so it looks really good and I recommend u try it, I would like to have a peak but I DONT.
