North Korea said it has started harvesting plutonium from spent fuel rods at its main nuclear plant to build its nuclear arsenal. The move, despite the tightening of UN sanctions, has threatened to further damage efforts to dismantle the program of the rogue communist nation.

Not really, Obama cannot do anything right. He recently signed a bill by taking some of our tax revenues and expenditures for abortion in other countries. BTW im 14 and IM affected by its policies

There would be no plutonium for the crop if it was not allowed on Pres. Bush's watch. The nuclear plant has been built first to make plutonium, a byproduct of the merger of U235 (enriched uranium).

But we know that the President has been in office long enough to really make important foreign policy. Clinton had his time in the office without having a foreign policy, it should try to be a bit of patience.
