Is Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer waterproof? I'm looking to buy Urban Decay Eyeshadow for special occasions when lots of eye shadow is required for summer or when I apply eyeliner so I can swim / sweat with it on. Someone knows if it is waterproof enough to swim with eyeliner?
No it isn't water proof. But isn't eyeshadow or so if you jumped into the eyeshadow water would go away even if you werent wearing a eye primer ...
without makeup is waterproof! If you jump into a pool makeup comes off even if the evidence indicates water on it. but urban decay primer is really good for a lot of sweat and grease caps
I do not know if its supposed to be, but I swam when I had to off and nothing happened. Not even a stain. So idk
